Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the amount of one night's stay. A deposit of 50% of your visit is required if you will be staying with us for 3 or more nights.

We request that you cancel any reservations within a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. A full refund of the deposit (minus a $20 processing fee) will be returned to you upon cancellation. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook your room.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Upon Arrival:

Balance in full is due when you arrive. We accept Visa, MC and AE, Travelers Checks or cash, sorry no personal checks please.

Please call with an estimated arrival time. Or please notify us of any changes in your arrival time. An approximation between two to three hours would be greatly appreciated. Deposit is applied to last night of stay. Parking and property are for our Guests only. All others must have prior approval. Festival and Holidays are Three night minimums Stays. A reduction of nights will not constitute a refund, the full charge applies. Two night minimum on weekends during Shoulder and High Seasons.Cat in residence.
